I have just read the Neighbourhood Plan and I think it is very good and will be voting for it – it's perhaps a shame it wasn't done some years ago, it might have helped scupper the sports stadium application.

The only thing that seemed to be missing though, was any mention of the 'Institute' and the facilities (perhaps potential facilities) that it can offer to the community, I think at present the Institute it falls well short of its potential. However, it has been in the village for around 100 years and overall has served it well.
