Rainbows

Rainbows have fun! They take part in games and activities as part of their programme called the Rainbow Jigsaw. Everything a Rainbow does helps her to develop and to think for herself.

Any girl aged five to seven can be a Rainbow.

Rainbows make this simple Promise that they share with members around the world:
I promise that I will do my best to love my God and to be kind and helpful”.

Beavers

The Wrea Green Beaver Scout Troop numbers approximately 20 Beavers. Beavers are for boys aged between six and eight years old and the emphasis is placed on “having fun” whilst introducing them to the scout movement. Due to limited numbers, there is usually a waiting list to join the Beaver Scouts.
The Beavers meet in the Scout Hut (Wray Crescent) each Wednesday

Brownies

1st Wrea Green Brownies have a full pack of 24 girls aged between 7 and 10 years.

The Brownie Promise
I promise that I will do my best: To love my God, To serve the Queen and my country, To help other people and To keep the Brownie Guide Law.

Cubs

Wrea Green Cubs are for boys between the ages of 8 and 10/11 years.
The Cub meet in the Scout Hut (Wray Crescent) each Monday at 6.30pm

Guides

Guides is for girls aged between 10 and 14 years old, and aims to provide a safe environment in which girls can learn new skills, have fun and “surprise themselves”. We meet on Thursday evenings..

Scouts

The Wrea Green Cub Scout Troop numbers approximately 20 scouts. Scouts is for boys aged between ten and fifteen years old.

The movement is synonymous with an array of activities such as camping and provides an ideal grounding for many boys in learning useful skills.

The Scouts meet in the Scout Hut (Wray Crescent) between 7.15 and 9pm each Wednesday.
